#For Online order: If you find that your ring is not the right size, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received your ring. Please do not rip off the tag and all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state.

i) the main stone loose from its mounting within 1 month after purchases and

ii) sides stone loose from its mounting for within 3 months after purchases

Product questions

Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Contact us with your preferred style, metal, stone, budget and required date. We will confirm feasibility and provide a quotation.
How long does production take?
Made-to-order settings normally take 3–6 weeks after the design, measurements and payment are confirmed. An expedited option may be available where shown.
Can I supply my own stone?
Yes. We inspect the stone before accepting it for setting. The setting fee is HK$500 per carat, with a minimum charge of HK$500.
Can I add engraving?
Engraving is available on suitable designs. Enter the requested text where the engraving option appears, or contact us before checkout.
When is my design confirmed?
Production begins only after the design, measurements, materials, price and payment are confirmed. Later changes may affect cost and delivery time.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
It covers verified manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, unauthorised repair and damage caused by improper care are not manufacturing defects.
